Good so far, but the RNG can be BRUUUTAAAL.
For the sheer amount of dialogue at the beginning of the game you think there'd be a "click this button to proceed" or "we need to do this next". Anything remotely resembling a tutorial. Instead I was bombarded with 20 minutes of techno babble and nonsense acronyms that didn't actually tell me how to play or what the objective was. By the time I got to actual gameplay I was confused, bored, and lost as to what the point of the game is. Looks fun, might give it another shot once I have more time.
Fun game with compelling SiFi story line. The game Incorporates good balance between strategy, adventure and storytelling. Great work developers.
Combat is too complicated and the text is too small to read

Great roguelite game, I can say without a doubt that this is the best strategy game on the app store as well as in my experience the best mobile game I've ever played. The decisions and anomalies make this game reminiscent of Stellaris in some aspects but with a much more story rich focus. If I was to compare this game to anything it's sort of like if you combined Stellaris and FTL but it definitely has it's own unique features and does the genre well. Super cheap for such amazing quality!!
Amazing. Simply amazing. Would have paid twice as much without any regrets. I went to watched Splattercat play this on youtube, and thought it interesting. But the Steam reviews are what sold me. If you like Dark Souls level hard difficulty, if you like tactics-based gameplay, and if you want an interesting story to keep you coming back after you yeet your phone at the nearest small animal in frustration, then buy this game. Don't second guess yourself. Buy it ...and possibly a new phone case.

Well designed RTS and the choice system reminds me of FTL. Story is well designed and each play thru feels different that it keeps you wanting to play to see if you will finally beat the chapter. Graphics are amazing for a mobile game. Almost like it was designed for it. If you like strategy games, then this one is a must have.
I rate it a five for a reason. This isn't for those that expect a lot of hand holding the moment you start. In fact, as you barely progress, you realize it's going to be tough. And this game runs on that fact. Hence the story and the way its driven. I barely made past the first chapter. And honestly, despite how cruel it is with how easily you can lose to a boss. It reminds you, get up and try again. This time what will you do? And I love it for that. I would love to leave more. But for now. ♡~
This game is amazing. It plays sort of like a simplified version of FTL: Faster than Light with a pseudo chessboard for squadron to squadron combat. The real good part is the story, however. The dialogue is very well written, the major characters are memorable, even the ones with very little screentime, and the plot just constantly keeps the player guessing. 5/5 stars. Get this game!
Crashes before starting on Tab S6

I really want to love this game but even after dropping my resolution as far as possible the text is still tiny (but finally ledgable, kinda) Also the honest critical reviews seem to be right espically about combat system. Maybe it'll get better as I play. This game could really use a DEMO version. Sadly I took too long making up my mind so no Refund for me ;^p Still I got it on Sale so I can't complain and the story is really good so far.
I was looking for copper and found GOLD! It is a brilliant game, with mixed feel of nostalgic 2D graphic with modernized attention to detail and tone of atmosphere. I like the sense and scale of the in-game universe and the lore as well. Rather than just playing for the sake of the battle and loot, I was drawn into uncovering the mystery of the storyline. Finally the soundtracks, they are just awesome!
Never heard of the game before, was just scrolling and was caught by the description and reviews, and wow what a game, the story line is gripping it just sucks you into its universe and the combat is smooth, really smooth and has strategic value as well! Just completed chapter 2 and I cant wait to keep playing!
I tried, but I lost at the start. The length of the dialogue at the beginning of the game put me off effectively.
Really immersive game, easy to get lost in, and requires real strategy and has a good deal of depth and replayability.
Simple yet fun
I'll review it now, I'm at cluster 3, game is hard, but in a nice way, and as the company names itself it's a humble game , I've never played the FTL game, but I get why people like it if it's like this, anyway, got it on sale, sorry devs, it wasn't in my wish list however , great game, thank you!
Incredible game! The atmosphere and gameplay alone are enough for 5 stars. What really sets it over the top is the storytelling. I'm legitimately invested in a mobile game, of all things. The characters and struggles are genuinely compelling, and even the randomly generated encounters have fun/difficult choices to make. This might be the best mobile game I've ever played. Only thing missing is a slider to change the text scroll speed.
Quite the experience, just completed the first cluster. If you liked faster than light and searching for more... This is it. Basically the same game but a "cover" of it. (think like a music cover, same song different twist). I like the ambience, the art, it all fits.
Great game!
Reminds me of mass effect, alien and FTL. Great game. Crashed a few times though, although no progress lost. Keep it up guys. And please make one more similar to FTL where you can micro manage your ship in realtime and pause mode.
The game begins great. The main plot is interesting at first and makes you want to learn what happened and why the universe is the way it is.However, after the first two chapters you've already seen everything the game has to offer gameplay-wise, so the only thing to look forward to is the unravelling of the mystery. Furthermore, there is a lot of repetition in the events you encounter along the way. There are too many "advertising beacon" encounters that only come with a little bit of text and nothing else. You will frequently see the same events play out in different sectors, so after a while you will know in advance how things are going to play out. There is too much RNG involved in whether or not you will be able to upgrade your battleship and the fighters you deploy, while the farther you get in a sector, the better equipped the enemies are. In chapter 3 the difficulty becomes really unbalanced and with the clunky controls combat turns into a chore.
Excellent game, worth the money as it is a full game, no adverts, no micro transactions, just a pure gaming experience like the good old days 😂 If you like FTL this is very similar and plays excellently on mobile devices. Bit of a battery hog which is a problem only because it's addictive! Super the developer and buy this game, hello get rid of the current trend of micro transactions and horrible game play.

Purchased it on PC and was very excited to see it release on mobile. One of my easiest recommendations, if it seems interesting to you, it's worth getting or at least trying (peep that free demo on steam). The pixel art is breathtaking and the soundtrack is perfect. I look forward to more from the creators and the future of this game
Absolutely breathtaking, the design is awesome, the plot is twisty the music creates a nice atmosphere... everything I could say about it is more than positive.
The gameplay itself is mediocre, but is really just an excuse to tell a sprauling space opera story which I thoroughly enjoyed. My advice is the set it on easy and blast through the levels for the story. You'll have enough fights to feel like you're part of it without grinding away, and at the end you'll feel loved ke you just finished a good book
Fun and challenging; the ship battles I'm still getting used to but I am enjoying all of it so far.Just need to figure out when best to use specific fighter types and weapons. At the moment, I'm doing sort of a spray and pray, hit 'em with everything we've got approach which seems adequate but wasteful.
I really love the story so far, in the grim darkness there is always a shimmer of hope. Congrats this is indeed my fav game I played on mobile so far.
Bit too fiddly to play on a small screen for me. I may check out the pc version instead.
Lousy U.I. Battle system is confusing, combat is sort of enjoyable...It would be better if I didn't have to jump through hoops to launch ships and fire the guns. And the words are usually too small.
I really want to like this game because it's got an awesome premise and story. However there's just one aspect that really kills it for me; the space combat. I'm afraid I found it tedious, fiddly and just not satisfying. I think it should be more autonomous, rather than having to micro manage every single unit action. But hey that's just my humble opinion. Shame, as this game does so many other things so well.
Cool strategy roguelike, story isn't bad either. An actual game on your phone not just an ad delivery machine.
2star for good graphics\overworld. -1star for deleting my previous review. -1star for making the dialogue box too small. It hurts my eyes straining to read it. No option to make the dialogue bigger. -1star for OP enemies on Normal\Hard mode. Easy difficulty is fairly balanced for new players, but normal\hard will see you steamrolled by enemy units strong enough to beat you even with a type advantage after chapter 3.
Great adventure game with space battles. Good old pixels in fresh game. Great job!
